Unfortunately, the Celtic Fair on May 18th has been called off ​indefinitely. Issues of event scale, facility capacity and costs ​could not be resolved in the time available. I therefore was ​compelled to cancel the event. I am sorry this didn’t work out ​and am grateful to all who supported the effort.

The Ard Ri (meaning High King) Celtic Fair is a rendition of the Puck ​Fair held in Kilorgrin, County Kerry, Ireland, in which a male goat is ​crowned and named “King Puck” by a lassie followed by festivities.

We are celebrating all Celtic culture with our event -- Irish, Scottish, ​Welsh, Cornish, Breton, Galician, and Manx.

FAQ

Artisan vendors will be outside, next to Town ​Hall. Puck, the goat, will be crowned outside ​Town Hall. The live music, dancers, and bar are ​inside.

YES! Hot, prepated international foods can be purchased ​from local vendors and caterers, and a bar, inside the hall ​with Scottish Ale, Irish Stout, other beers, mead, wine, and ​non-alcohol drinks.

Yes, FREE wifi will be provided ​compliments of Access Universal.

There will be free, additional parking in the field ​behind Murphy’s market.

The fair will go on, rain or shine!

Ticket holders will be provided a wristband allowing ​them to re-enter the Town Hall, where the bands, ​dancers, food and drinks will be. Artisan vendors will ​outside and accessible to all.
